Its essence is in what people believe about the importance of safety, including what they think their peers, superiors and leaders really believe about safety’s priority.

The Netherlands Aerospace Laboratory (NLR) Air Transport Safety Institute is conducting a study entitled "Perceived Safety Culture Among Commercial Airline Pilots in relation to Organisational Commitment". If you are an airline pilot, you can help by completing a questionnaire.
